When you have a basic test piece worked up by hand or using CAD/CAM and you need multiple copies, Taisei.Monac uses vacuum injection molding to create inexpensive copies quickly.
Using special molding equipment developed in-house, we eliminate tiny bubbles remaining in the molded product. If not removed, the bubbles structurally weaken the final product. Our product therefore is closer to what the actual injected molded product will be like.
To prevent surface bubbles, we use a special finishing process that reduces production costs as well as turnaround time. See our page on Vacuum Injection Molded Products for further details.
Taisei.Monac is equipped with three vacuum injection molding production lines and seven curing tanks of various sizes to provide faster, higher quality products.
